As I wrote last week; Different!

Tempest is a lot of fun to create, maybe more fun than any character I have done for a while...and easy. The words just seem to flow from her mouth. All I have to do is write quickly before I forget what she said and how she said it.

Tempest also has rather spectacular skills as demonstrated on this page, skills that could make her a valuable asset in the campaign against Opalan. Certainly her abilities offer possibilities to Galon and the Dragon Queen and we shall see in the weeks ahead to what extent those abilities are brought into play as the war heats up. There is, of course, the last panel for this week’s page as “Father” comes walking out to spoil all of Tempest’s fun, per the girl’s words. This character is definitely not the Lord Kilthane you remember.

There are reasons, of course, for the change of appearance. All that and more next time.
