You should be careful what you send out in your Tandra Notes or DC will be coming after you.

My first thought, when a Tandra Notes subscriber submitted to me this bit of advice, was he had reference to the DC Superman folks. I have had a few mildly unkind things to say about the comic book publishing company in the past and I suppose the DC Executives might find some excuse to be annoyed, but I would expect the Superman people would have more pressing issues on their plate, such as finally producing a new Superman flick that shows a profit, than bothering with me.

But my correspondent made it clear the comic book DC executives were not his reference. He had on his mind the out of control Quisling Beltway Regime currently occupying Washington, D.C.

I have a revelation for those who fear the Beltway Regime is poised to come after us.

They already have!

The Beltway Regime is here, at our front door, in our living rooms, our kitchens, our bedrooms, our bathrooms. They regulate the places where we work and, in the case of those of us who own our own business, they regulate our every act and take a large cut, off the front end, of our profits. The Regime has its grasping hands in our pockets and has access to our bank accounts. The Regime tells us how we may rear our children and commands we surrender them to government run indoctrination centers from the time they can utter their first words until well after they have reached voting age whereupon they are expected to make the choice to vote for a regime run by community organizers or, alternately, dictated by charter country club members. This regime tells us the foods we may eat and the products we are allowed to buy. No matter where we go or what we do, this regime is there looking over our shoulder, nudging us, prodding us, telling us what we are required to do and what we are forbidden to do.

As one of our high profile Congress persons admitted, their purpose is to control us to their own advantage.

Not every man yearns to breathe free.

There are those who beg for the chains of servitude. They demand a master to take care of them, to wipe their noses and change their diapers and to provide them with birth control. They yearn for a perfect world where the master who owns them, for whom they are no more than chattel property, will rule in their best interest, will provide for them and care for them and create for them a world free from the responsibility for their own well being.

This Progressive Wet Wish totally divorced from harsh reality. Masters and rulers and dictators have only one concern, the satisfaction of their own immediate gratification. Slaves are only so much collateral consideration, pawns to be expended in a perpetual quest for ever expanding power, of value only so long and to the extent they serve as fodder for an insatiable lust to rule. Slaves are of no more consideration than a can of beans and the only option for them is if they should best be served for dinner this evening or placed on a shelf for dinner tomorrow.

The Arabic word that translates to Freedom is the word Hurriyya. Our Beltway apologists are ever eager to assure credulous Americans that, yes, Arabic tyrants also have, just as do we, a warm place in their hearts for freedom, for Hurriyya. But Hurriyya actually means freedom of perfect slavery to Allah and to those who claim they speak for Allah. There is no Arabic nor Muslim concept for freedom nor liberty as Americans understand the words. Indeed, any concept of freedom and liberty as understood by Americans is defiance of the Muslim ideology and a slap in the face against Allah. Any time Arabs invoke the blessings of liberty, they are talking Hurriyya, of perfect slavery. Whenever our Beltway rulers talk of freedom, they also are talking Hurriyya.

The meanings are identical.
