Tandra Page 1201, Site Issues

I’m sitting on my back porch looking out over the yard as the rising sun brightens the Eastern sky.

If you have attempted to connect to Tandra dot Com recently and failed, the problem is with the company hosting our site.

The site has been coming down in early morning and has been restored by five to six o’clock local time. Of course early morning local time is afternoon on the other side of the world. So, if you live some place that is not local time, our site may not be accessible any time of the day.

What is happening?

The way it is explained to me, the Tandra site coming down is a routine maintenance procedure, but this maintenance procedure should be only momentary after which the site should be back in operation. For some unexplained reason our site is not coming automatically back on line and has to be restored manually when my tech babysitter is notified by E-mail.

Clearly something is not working right.

We continue working to find the problem that is resulting in failure of our site to come back on line after maintenance and to fix the problem.

If you go to Tandra dot Com and nothing comes up, give it another try in a couple of hours.

We apologize for this problem. Be assured we don’t like it any better than you.

We are working to get it fixed ASAP.
